Having had the privilege of working over the span of my career on many globally successful iconic consumer brands, entertainment and products, I enjoy sharing my learnings from  successes and of course, failures. I was generally the only woman at the exec table for many years which was a learning experience in and of itself. I relocated my family from the UK to the US, again, another life lesson that gave me a unique perspective  as a female executive. I am beyond lucky to have had mentors throughout my career who have had my back and listened and coached on multiple topics, challenges and opportunities. This is my chance to pay it forward.
