I have extensive experience managing Large Sales organizations within highly matrixed companies. I spent the first 25 years of my career in the male dominated sports media world where I was usually the only female around the table. That taught me alot about how to navigate that landscape, how to fit in while always being true to who I was and it is where I built some of my most important and long standing relationships that I still have today.
