I spent most of my career in large technology organizations (Accenture and EPAM) focused on helping leaders create and run high-performing teams through targeted people strategies. I know the key is how the leader shows up and enables their team to be successful. I partner with my clients as a strategic advisor, coach, sounding board, mirror, and sometimes a mentor as they do the challenging work of leading themselves and their organizations. People describe me as dedicated, insightful, inquisitive, compassionate, and fierce (I can be passionate!).

When I'm not focused on improving the world of work through more effective leaders and people strategies, you can find me spending time with my college-age kids, reading a book on the beach, traveling to all the places I want to see, signing up and training for another running event (I am not fast, but I love the running community), or relaxing with a great cup of coffee or a bold red wine with some dark chocolate."
