About The Playbook

We’ve developed an empowering ‘negotiation playbook’ that provides specific guidance and best practices based on the experiences of the founding members. The ability to organize and communicate the value you deliver in your role is critical for successfully achieving raises, promotions, and new opportunities. This Playbook is the ‘how-to guide’ on building a business case for negotiating your worth considering both economic and non-economic factors. 

The driving force behind the Playbook is maintaining a contemporary and relevant resource of the current business environment and context (i.e. roles, companies, industries, current events). The energy behind the force is each Apprentice sharing their experience and outcomes, which are then integrated with the rest of the network for a continued enhancement of the approach and best practices.
