"I DOUBLED my salary! I stopped sharing my comp with the recruiter and followed the Nine Playbook. I couldn’t believe I got the salary I asked for, which made me realize how underpaid I was.”

If you're a woman working in a corporate environment/salaried role and want to make sure you're getting your fair share of pay and promotion opportunities - and looking for the cliff notes on how to do it - then Nine is where you belong!
1. We're here to help women across all stages of their career, not just executive-level or VP+ because if we want to close the pay and promotion gaps, we need to support women much earlier in their careers. 2. Our support spans across industries and functional roles vs. specific (Tech, Finance, etc.) 3. We aren't simply talking about the problem at a macro level but also giving women the tools and personalized advice to close their personal pay and promotion gap.
Yes, of course! While this was started especially to help women, we've helped some men too.
Yes, our plan is to host events in the future and will communicate to our members when it's happening.
Some of our Advisors are certified coaches, some in addition to their day jobs, however it’s not a requirement to become an Advisor with Until There Are Nine. All of our Advisors have decades of experience who know first-hand how the corporate world works, the obstacles women face and how to overcome them - because we've all done just that.
Great question. We used to only offer 1:1 Advisor sessions and learned something important along the way - asking for a raise or negotiating a new job offer doesn’t happen in a vacuum. You need to have done a host of things throughout the year before you can confidently go in and ask for your market value. This led us to develop our proprietary system of resources that's included in both plans.
• To learn from your Advisor based on their experience and guidance. The advice applied is at your sole discretion. • To seek advice from an employment lawyer, financial advisor or accountant as guidance provided by Advisor is not meant to serve as a substitute. • To maintain a professional and respectful demeanor towards the Advisor and expect the same in return. • To take responsibility of scheduling calls with your Advisor and sending any documents for review at least 24-48 hours prior.
Nope. Think of your Advisor as your wing-woman/wing-man who is teaching you behind the scenes but you are ultimately having the conversations with your manager/HR/recruiter. This approach of showing you how to do it sets you up for future negotiations.
